
Learn all about the art of whole-animal butchery during an interactive class at Bar Amis. You will learn how to butcher a whole hog and utilize the specialty
cuts in various dishes all while enjoying assorted snacks and house wine + beer. Select cuts will be sent home for guests to test their newly learned skills at home!
